With a Masters degree in Architecture and a career in Armed Forces, IJS Bakshi has been teaching since 1988, first in Chandigarh College of Architecture till 2003, when he retired as its Principal, and subseqeuntly with Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture as its Director.
